Death by a Thousand Cuts

Last week I peed in my pants. Not leaked a little, but flat out peed. TMI? Don’t move on from this so fast. It happens to both men and women. Why do you think they have all those rows of pads in the drug store?

It was not a big occasion, just an everyday thing.I thought I was going to be able to finish the task I was doing and “hold it in,” especially since I know all about Kegel exercises.

Alas. I was wrong.

But after a moment of horror, I changed into some dry “big girl pants” and moved on. Now I will not take my illusions of power…
